JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, weeding, landscaping & perform other lawn care duties.
- Operate power equipment including, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, edgers and other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers
- Comply with all company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew - a team player.
- Minimum 1 yr experience in the landscape, lawn maintenance, grounds maintenance industry.
- Capable of operating required equipment (zero turn mowers/walk-behinds) & tools in a safe/responsible manner.
- Time management skills.
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools & equipment required to complete various lawn care & landscape maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform landscape construction tasks including planting, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, and site layout
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers, as well as daily vehicle and equipment inspections (AM/PM)

Qualifications

Tilt Landscape Maintenance is located in Canton, Michigan. We are looking for a Landscape Foreman to join our team!
The foreman is a hands-on working position, supervising a team of up to 8 crew members. Responsible for making crew decisions with the guidance of the Project Managers. 5 years prior landscaping experience is required with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscape installation operations.
- Supervise employees on the job site
- How to use landscape install equipment
- Installation of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Ensure work is completed per plans and specifications
- Lead, train, and develop employees

- Requires supervising 3-6 person crews.
- Conducting final walkarounds to ensure job quality and site cleanliness.
- Operate power equipment including, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws.

Tilt Landscape Maintenance is looking for a Small Engine Mechanic. Needs to have experience fixing different types of small engines, lawnmowers, weed whippers, backpack blowers, snow blowers, pruning shears, chain saws, etc.
Qualifications
- Lift up to 40+ pounds
- Must be flexible to work weekends when needed or required
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Work effectively under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or the landscaping industry is a plus
- Has to be able to read manuals/schematics and find correct parts
Experience:
- At least three years of hands-on mechanical experience
- 2 and 4-cycle engine repair experience
- small engine: 1 year (Preferred)
